Ingredients
75 gms Spinach, 75 gms Cucumber , 1 Stem of Celery , 4 tbsp Yogurt, Mint Leaves-a handful, Pinch of Rock Salt, ½ tsp Jeera Powder, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, 3 Cubes Ice
Method: Place all the ingredients in the Blender Bottle and Pulse 5 times. Run on Speed 2 or 3 & blend till smooth. If required shake the Blender Bottle for smooth flow of ingredients.
Best time to have it: In the morning, to detox your Body.

100 gms Chickpeas (Soaked overnight), 1 Garlic Clove (optional), 1 tbsp Yogurt, 8 Roasted Cashews
2 tbsp Lemon Juice , 10 gms of Coriander Leaves, 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt to taste, 1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds.
Method: Put everything into the Grind it Store it Bottle. Pulse 5 times & run on Speed 2 or 3. Scrape down the sides of the Bottle if you need to & add a little water to grind to a smooth creamy mix. Season with Sesame Seeds.
