Warranty Terms

Category : Mixer Grinders

    • The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, and valid only for purchase made from Vidiem’s Authorised Distribution channels. 
      The product must be registered in https://www.vidiem.in/product-registration to avail warranty.

    • Retain the original sale bill and the Warranty Card, which should be shown to our Service Personnel for scrutiny while sending your Wet Grinder for service to our Authorised Service centre.

    • The Two Years Warranty does not cover damage to the Top Cover, Bottom Cover, Gear, dents on the Drum, Roller Assembly & breakage due to mishandling/negligence.

    • All repairs within the two Year Warranty period (arising from manufacturing defects) will be carried out Free of Charge, for service provided at our Authorised Service Centres only.

    • Free service and replacement under Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.

    • For repairs after the expiry of the Warranty period our Service centre will levy a nominal charge on components replaced.

    • Defective components which are exchanged both under ‘Chargeable’ & ‘Free of Charge’ basis, become the property of the Company.

    • All our service centre's display a list showing the Maximum Retail Price of all the parts.

    • If any unauthorized person tampers with the Wet Grinder the Warranty is void.

    • Warranty does not cover any use other than that of domestic use.

    • Maya Appliances Pvt Ltd., reserves the rights to alter the terms & conditions of the warranty & service policy without any notice.

    • The decision of Maya Appliances in the disputes pertaining to terms & conditions of the Warranty & service policy shall be final & binding.

    • All disputes putting to terms and conditions of our warranty of Service policy shall be in subject to jurisdiction of Chennai Courts only.

    • Warranty is applicable for all products, provided it is acknowledged or bears stamp of the authorized dealer.

    • Irrespective of dealer seal, the serial number of the product must be clearly stated in the warranty card.

    • In the case of eBay,Olx etc., if this is a second sales by a individual buyer, the warranty must be preserved and also transferred. This will then be honoured as per the conditions of the warranty.

    • If it is a new sales by a dealer on online stores like Snapdeal,Amazon,flipkart etc., the warranty will continue to be honoured.

    • The responsibility of reaching the product to the authorized service centre of Vidiem is with the customer/buyer.

Category : Gas Cooktops

    • The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, and valid only for purchase made from Vidiem’s Authorised Distribution channels.

    • Retain the original sale bill and the Warranty Card, which should be shown to our Service Personnel for Scrutiny while sending your Stove for service to our Authorised Service Centre.

    • The Two Year Warranty does not cover damage of the Gas stove due to mishandling/negligence.

    • Company warranty will not cover any breakage/damage to the Glass top

    • All repairs within the Two Year Warranty period (arising from manufacturing defects) will be done Free of Charge.
